Submission Rules
Before uploading your products to Wavora Loops, please read these guidelines carefully. Following these rules ensures a consistent, high-quality experience for all buyers.
General Rules
Rules That Apply to All Products
✓ You MUST
Be the original creator or hold full legal rights to every file you upload
Provide an accurate and honest product title, description, and tags
Upload a high-quality product cover image (minimum 1000×1000px, JPG or PNG)
Include a short audio preview (30–90 seconds) for all audio products
Specify the correct category, genre, format, BPM and key where applicable
Deliver all files in a clean, properly named ZIP archive
Respond to buyer inquiries within 72 hours via the platform messaging system
✗ You MUST NOT
Upload content that infringes on any copyright, trademark or intellectual property
Use uncleared third-party samples, loops, or recordings in your products
Upload content that promotes hatred, violence, discrimination or illegal activities
Submit duplicate products or repackaged versions of products already listed
Use misleading titles, fake previews or exaggerated descriptions to misrepresent the product
Include personal contact information, external links or promotional content inside your files
List the same product simultaneously on Wavora Loops and competing marketplaces at a lower price

Review Process
What Happens After You Submit
Submission received
Your product is submitted as "Pending Review". It is not visible to buyers yet.
Manual review by our team
Our team reviews your product for quality, accuracy and rule compliance within 3–5 business days.
Approved — Live on the store
Your product is approved and goes live on Wavora Loops. You receive an email notification.
Rejected — Feedback provided
If your product does not meet our standards, you receive an email with specific feedback. You may revise and resubmit.
⚠️ Violations & Consequences
Wavora Loops takes quality and integrity seriously. Sellers who violate our submission rules are subject to the following consequences depending on the severity of the violation:
Minor violations: Product removed with a warning and feedback to correct and resubmit
Repeated violations: Temporary suspension of seller account
Serious violations (copyright infringement, fraud, malware): Permanent ban with no payout for the current period
