Standard Royalty-Free License

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, all products on Wavoraloops are sold under a Standard Royalty-Free License — a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual right to use the purchased content in your creative projects.

What you can do

Use in personal and commercial music productions (songs, albums, EPs, mixtapes)

Use in YouTube videos, Twitch streams, podcasts and social media

Use in client projects and commissioned work

Use in film, TV, video games and multimedia productions

Modify, chop, pitch-shift, time-stretch and process freely

Distribute and monetize your finished productions commercially

What you cannot do

Resell, redistribute or share the original unmodified files

Upload original files to any other sample marketplace or platform

Claim authorship or ownership of the original samples

Use in content that promotes hatred, violence or illegal activities

License by Product Type

Sample Packs & Drum Kits

Royalty-free for use in music productions. Original files remain the intellectual property of the creator.

MIDI Files

Use, edit and build upon freely. You may not register the exact melody as your own original composition.

Presets

For use in your own productions only. Cannot be resold or distributed as standalone products.

VST Plugins

Personal use on a single machine unless otherwise stated. No cracking, reverse-engineering or redistribution.

E-Books

Personal use only. No reproduction, distribution or derivative works without written permission of the author.

Seller Obligations

All sellers on Wavoraloops must ensure that every product listed meets the following requirements. Sellers are solely responsible for ensuring their products comply with these requirements.

Is fully original or properly licensed for resale
Does not contain uncleared third-party samples, loops or recordings
Does not infringe on any existing copyright, trademark or intellectual property right
Is accurately described on the product page

Wavoraloops reserves the right to remove any product and suspend any seller account found to be in violation.

Copyright Infringement Claims

If you believe that a product listed on Wavoraloops infringes your copyright, please contact us immediately at support@wavoraloops.com with the following information:

Your full name and contact information
A description of the copyrighted work you believe is being infringed
The URL of the product page on Wavoraloops
A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized

We will investigate and respond within 5 business days.

No Warranty

All products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. Wavoraloops does not guarantee that any product will meet your specific production requirements. It is your responsibility to preview and evaluate products before purchasing.

Governing Law

This license agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved in accordance with our Terms and Conditions of Use.
