All our audio products (WAV, MIDI) are compatible with every major DAW including FL Studio, Ableton Live, Logic Pro, GarageBand, Pro Tools, Cubase, Studio One, Reaper and more. Presets are compatible with specific synths as mentioned on each product page.

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Refunds are only granted if the downloaded file is corrupted, unreadable, or significantly different from its description. Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of purchase at support@wavoraloops.com.

Your download link is activated instantly after payment confirmation. You will receive an email with your download link within minutes of completing your purchase.

If you created an account, log in and go to your Dashboard → Downloads to access all your files. If you purchased as a guest, contact us at support@wavoraloops.com with your order number and we will resend your download link.

Yes. All products on Wavoraloops are 100% royalty-free. You can use them in commercial projects, YouTube videos, client work, albums and more without paying any additional fees. You may not resell or redistribute the original files.

Click on “Become a Seller” in the navigation menu, complete the registration form and submit a link to your work. Our team will review your application and get back to you within 3–5 business days.

All audio files must be in WAV format — no MP3, AIFF or FLAC. We require a minimum bit depth of 24-bit at 44.1kHz. MIDI packs must include .mid files plus a WAV audio preview. Preset packs must include the native preset files plus a WAV audio preview. E-books must be submitted as PDF.

Minimum file counts per product type: Sample Packs and Drum Kits require at least 10 WAV files. MIDI Packs require at least 5 MIDI files plus one WAV preview per file. Preset Packs require at least 5 presets plus WAV previews. Plugins and E-books require a minimum of 1 file.

All audio files must meet our technical standards: WAV format, 24-bit minimum, 44.1kHz minimum sample rate, and peak levels between -4dBFS and -1dBFS. Files must have no clipping, distortion, background noise, or excessive silence at the start or end. Loops must loop cleanly. All content must be 100% original — no third-party samples or copyrighted material.

After you submit a product, it enters a Pending Review status. Our team reviews every submission manually against our quality standards within 3–5 business days. If approved, your product is published automatically. If rejected, you will receive an email with detailed reasons and guidance on how to correct and resubmit.

No. Preview audio files on Wavoraloops must be clean — no voice tags, watermarks, or audio branding of any kind. This ensures a consistent and professional listening experience for all buyers across the platform.

Sellers receive 60% of every sale. Payments are processed once per month — the Wavoraloops team transfers all earnings from the previous month within the first 5 business days. The minimum withdrawal threshold is $10.00.

We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe, PayPal, and Mobile Money services including MTN Mobile Money, Orange Money, and Wave — making Wavoraloops one of the few music marketplaces fully accessible to producers across Africa.
