Licenses & Rights

All digital products sold on Wavora Loops (sample packs, drum kits, MIDI files, presets, VST plugins, and e-books) are protected by copyright law. By purchasing any product on Wavora Loops, you agree to the license terms described in this document.

1. Standard Royalty-Free License

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, all products on Wavora Loops are sold under a Standard Royalty-Free License. This license grants you a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual right to use the purchased content in your creative projects.

What you CAN do

Use in personal and commercial music productions (songs, albums, EPs, mixtapes)
Use in YouTube videos, Twitch streams, podcasts and social media content
Use in client projects and commissioned work
Use in film, TV, video games and multimedia productions
Modify, chop, pitch-shift, time-stretch and process the samples freely
Distribute and monetize your finished productions commercially

What you CANNOT do

Resell, redistribute or share the original unmodified files
Upload the original files to any other sample marketplace or platform
Claim authorship or ownership of the original samples
Use in content that promotes hatred, violence or illegal activities
Register the samples or loops themselves as your own compositions with any royalty collection organization (PRO)

2. License by Product Type

2.1 Sample Packs & Drum Kits

Audio files (WAV, MP3) are licensed for use in music productions. The samples are royalty-free — once purchased, you do not owe any additional fees for using them in your releases. However, the samples themselves remain the intellectual property of the original creator.

2.2 MIDI Files

MIDI files contain musical data (notes, chords, progressions). You may use, edit and build upon MIDI files in your productions. Note that the musical composition contained in the MIDI file may be subject to copyright — you may not reproduce or register the exact melody as your own original composition.

2.3 Presets

Presets are licensed for use in your own music productions. You may not resell, share or distribute presets as standalone products. Each preset requires the buyer to own a licensed copy of the compatible synthesizer or software.

2.4 VST Plugins

VST plugins are licensed for personal use on a single machine unless otherwise stated on the product page. You may not crack, reverse-engineer, decompile or redistribute the plugin. Each product page specifies the number of activations included.

2.5 E-Books

E-books are licensed for personal use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, translate or create derivative works from any e-book purchased on Wavora Loops without the written permission of the author.

3. Seller Obligations Regarding Intellectual Property

All sellers on Wavora Loops must ensure that every product listed:

Is fully original or properly licensed for resale
Does not contain uncleared third-party samples, loops or recordings
Does not infringe on any existing copyright, trademark or intellectual property right
Is accurately described on the product page

Sellers are solely responsible for ensuring their products comply with these requirements. Wavora Loops reserves the right to remove any product and suspend any seller account found to be in violation.

4. Copyright Infringement Claims

If you believe that a product listed on Wavora Loops infringes your copyright, please contact us immediately with:

Your full name and contact information
A description of the copyrighted work you believe is being infringed
The URL of the product page on Wavora Loops
A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized

5. No Warranty

All products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. Wavora Loops does not guarantee that any product will meet your specific production requirements. It is your responsibility to preview and evaluate products before purchasing.

6. Governing Law

This license agreement is governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved in accordance with our Terms and Conditions of Use.
